Below is a selection of our most common questions. If your question is not answered here feel free to chat to us using the link provided in the top right hand corner of our site. We are available online during normal business hours, monday to friday.

How do I place an order?

To place an order you can go to the print section of the PADO website and select Order from the submenu. Otherwise all products have an order now button you can press to go to the order page. Once on the order page you simply follow the four step process, making sure that all details have been filled in along the way.

How do I setup my artwork?

PADO has a comprehensive guide on how to set artwork up ready for print in our BYO Artwork section.
 

How do I send PADO my artwork?

You can send PADO your artwork by either uploading it after you have placed an order with "Upload" feature, or by sending PADO an email after you have placed an order to ask@pado.com.au.
 

Can PADO design my artwork?

PADO does offer a design service for all of the products mentioned on this website. You can either select "PADO design" in your order process if you are purchasing print, or you can request a quote on our Design Quote page. We also have a price list that you can view here.
 
 

Is your service Australia Wide?

We are an online store and service clients throughout Australia. All our printing can be sent anywhere in Australia for free, even if you are in the most remote town in Australia.
 

How long does it take to print?

Our average turnaround for printing is 7 working days for all products except for magnets. Magnets take an average of 10 working days. Timeframes are only an average and not a guarantee.
 

What are PADO's opening hours?

PADO provides phone support from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 7:00pm EST.
 

Does PADO print less than 500 items at a time?

PADO can't print in smaller quantities because of the way the print process has been setup to make turnaround quick and products affordable.
 

Can I split my business card order to have two sets of details

Each business card order requires an offset plate, which means that business card orders cannot be split amongst two sets of details. For instance, you cannot split 500 cards to have two sets of 250 cards.
